PLC has been led by the same family of construction professionals for three generations, with leadership tenures that reach back to the company’s earliest decades.
Delores Critelli co-founded PLC with Elmer Wahl in 1963. From 1963 to 2002, she served as its president and board chairman, and continued to serve on the board through 2010. Ms. Critelli was recognized and honored by numerous professional and community organizations, and was the recipient of the 1997 Business Owners Achievement Award from Professional Women in Construction.
David Critelli has been employed by PLC since 1970 and became President in 2003. During his tenure he has held all notable positions in the company’s field operations, including laborer, foreman, and superintendent. Since 1980 he has been chief estimator and supervises all design, engineering, and estimating operations. Mr. Critelli is also a director of the corporation.
Mr. Critelli has worked for the Power Line Constructors family of companies since he was sixteen, joining full-time in 2015. As Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary, he leads the day-to-day operations of the business.
Mr. Moorehead joined PLC in 1993 and is a project manager.
