Delores Critelli and Elmer Wahl co-found Power Line Constructors in a small garage on Main Street in Utica, NY. Delores serves as president and board chairman through 2002 and remains on the board through 2010.
David L. Critelli begins his career at PLC and holds every notable position in field operations — laborer, foreman, and superintendent. He becomes chief estimator in 1980 and president in 2003.

Michael Critelli joins PLC full-time, having worked for the family of companies since age sixteen. He now serves as Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary and leads the day-to-day operations of the business.
